I only wish for a longer battery life, though it is not bad, but all cordless phones have a too short battery life before it needs charging. For a low priced phone, this has been great, easy to dial using one hand, fairly easy to read caller ID screen, volume level is good. I highly recommend this phone, and I have owned and used it for several months without any problem, and it gets used quite often.
No one has a replacement battery pack for this model. Throw away phone. Guess what. In less then a year, the battery is running out as my phone is blinking and beeping and screeching.and after hours online at various places and on the phone.have come to the realization that there is no replacement batteries available.
After 8 months it pooped out. When I first got this phone I loved it. Battery life is terrible.
But here's the hitch -- when an incoming call rings it lights up and warbles all over the place but at a very low level of sound. When the TV is on we can just barely hear the phone ring. We needed a new cordless phone with enhanced hearing capability and it seems OK for that purpose. This for a phone we got to hear better.
There is so much buzzing interference sound and for some reason the telephone battery charge seems not staying long. I bought the phone for my 92 year old mother , but I myself had trouble using it. But I just know I did not like the phone myself and the more it will not work with my 92 year old mother who has trouble hearing.
